The conference is co-sponsored by the ND Program on Law and Market Behavior (ND LAMB).

The program included panels on protecting stakeholders' interests and transparency.

As in preceding years, the papers from the conference will be published by Springer Nature in the academic series “Economic Analysis of Law in European Legal Scholarship.” Each year, the conference focuses on a specific topic or theme.

Dean G. Marcus Cole, along with Prof. Dr. Klaus Mathis, University of Lucerne, gave the opening address. The conference aims to fill a gap by providing a forum for those interested in the link between behavioural science and public policy to discuss their work.

Selected papers will likely fall within the broad scope of the journal, "Behavioural Public Policy" – namely they will consider both behavioral theory and public policy issues from a broad range of disciplinary perspectives.
