ND LAMB to co-sponsor 10th Law and Economics Conference in Lucerne on March 17-18

The 10th Law and Economics Conference, "Law and Economics of Justice: Efficiency, Reciprocity, Meritocracy," will be held March 17-18, 2023 in Lucerne.The anniversary conference in 2023 is dedicated to the fundamental topic “Law and Economics of Justice: Efficiency, Reciprocity, Meritocracy."

The first Law and Economics Conference in Lucerne took place in 2012 and since the third conference ND LAMB has co-sponsored the conference. The proceedings of the conferences are published in the Academic Springer Series “Economics Analysis of Law in European Legal Scholarship." Every year, the conference focuses on a specific topic such as Behavioural Law and Economics, Environmental Law and Economics, Competition Law and Economics or Consumer Law and Economics.

The conference will include a number of Notre Dame Law School speakers and participants.
