Tor’s primary legal expertise is in the areas of antitrust law, corporate governance, and behavioral law and economics. His scholarship draws on behavioral and experimental methods to study competition and cooperation and the legal rules and institutions that shape such behavior. More recently, Professor Tor has been examining the implications of his research for understanding the antecedents and consequences of inequality.
