The Call for Papers for the 11th Law and Economics Conference in Lucerne, organized in collaboration with the Notre Dame Research Program on Law and Market Behavior (ND LAMB) and the Center for Corporate Governance of the Harvard Law School, is now open. The conference topic is “Law and Economics of Corporate Governance: Shareholders, Stakeholders, and Beyond." The conference will be held at the University of Lucerne, Switzerland, on March 15-16, 2024.
