ND LAMB faculty fellow Dan Kelly organized A Virtual Symposium on Horne v. USDA, Takings Law, and Regulating Commodities and Other Property, co-sponsored by The Notre Dame Law & Economics Program, Notre Dame Research Program on Law & Market Behavior, and the Larry Bonner Endowment for Excellence in Commodities and Securities Law. The Symposium was held on December 4 at Notre Dame Law School.
