Professor Avishalom Tor discussed his recent article "If You Can’t Beat Them, Join Them: Richard Posner and Behavioral Law and Economics," 31 History of Economic Ideas (forthcoming 2023) (with Doron Teichman and Eyal Zamir) and related topics at a roundtable that took place during the annual conference of the World Interdisciplinary Network for Institutional Research (WINIR) in Catania, Sicily.
The special session was convened to discuss Richard Posner' influence on the field of law and economics and beyond, titled "History of Economic Ideas Roundtable: Richard Posner’s Economic Analysis of Law after 50 Years."
