Professor Avishalom Tor was one of the speakers at the European Law Institute High Level Expert Group Meeting on December 7. The topic was Nudges as Enablers of Sustainable Living: Identifying their Potential and Legal Challenges. Tor spoke on the panel about the legal challenges raised by nudges.
