On February 12, 2024, Sadie Blanchard hosted a fireside chat with The Honorable Charles N. Brower where the two discussed his memoir, “Judging Iran.” Judge Brower, nicknamed “the reigning king of international arbitration” and “world’s best arbitrators” is one of the leading arbitrators between states and foreign investors. Judge Brower has also served as Judge ad hoc of the International Court of Justice since 2014.
The event was part of the Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law Volume 14 Symposium, focused this year on International Legal Collective Security Interests.
